Our contact information By email: Shipping Information: Orders received normally take 48 to 72 hours to process, plus your selected carriers shipping time. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Returns for refunds are accepted on most Cardsone products for any reason. Items for return and refund must be sent back to Cardsone: 1201 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, TN 37311 with the shipping box clearly marked “Item Return” on the outside of the package. Return packages must include a copy of the original orders packing slip or invoice. A return for refund will be approved on eligible products we received on or before 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns for cash or cash equivalent refunds, are less shipping and handling charges, and product return fees. Return refunds for cash or cash equivalent are only paid by company check on the first of every month. Return refunds will only be paid to the “BILL TO” payment address on the order being credited. Returned products for refund of store credit will receive a refund credit, including shipping and handling and product return costs. Certain products are not eligible for return or refund privileges. Items not eligible for return or refunds will be clearly marked in that item’s sales marketing. Certain products such as precious metals or seasonal items, are eligible for return and refunds but may include a restocking fee.
